Ds has been teething really badly for the last few day and has had all associated syptoms runny poo and sore bum, off food etc. Hes also got a bit of a cold

For the last few days hes also been quite lathargic. Last night and today he was sick a few times after having milk.

He also had a high temp last night, 39.5ish which came down quite quickly after a dose of calpol and doesnt seem to have gone back up today.

I didnt think teething was suppose to cause a temp?

Between time he is faily cheerful, a bit clingy but willing to interact and play.

Should i get him over to the docs?
