How do you give your DC a healthy diet whilst also protecting their teeth?

Today DD has eaten 15 grapes, 2 satsumas,a banana and some fruit sticks (amongst many other things). She is playing catch up after a tummy bug but I still feel it's a lot of fruit. She's also eaten cheese and crackers etc. I brush her teeth morning and night and she eats very little processed sugar. How can I give her a healthy, varied diet whilst also protecting her from tooth decay?

I do try to offer cheese quite frequently as she's not a fan of meat so I can get a bit of protein into her. Is it worth giving her a bit with each meal/snack?
