I have a 7 week old baby, he's showing all the signs of teething, surely this is a bit early? And I can't give calpol yet?

a few babies are born with a tooth or two! Any age from 0 to over a year.

He's fisting, drooling, wailing, biting my finger like mad, red cheeks etc. He's quite big/advanced for his age so was wondering if he could've started early
