DD is 9 months old and still has cold hands and feet most of the time.

Is this normal?

I have id twin boys and one feels the cold and the other doesnt! I was quite concerned last Winter as the one who feels it was getting blue lips every time he was outside in the cold. I rang the Doc who suggested I bring him in just for a check over. All was fine and he now will only go out wearing balaclava, gloves and scarf with his coat, while his brother just has his coat!
ps: they are 6 now.
