Hives/Nettle rash

Pls help...my dd, 2.5, has this off and on all day..with piriton seems to keep it at bay but I'm now worried as it is on her mouth and eyes..should I go to the doctor or stick with piriton?? Pls advise x

I would try phenergan although it does have a side effect of causing sleepiness.. Give it a couple of days then try gp if still there
