Foul Green Poo

My 7 Month DD, has got v runny foul smelling poo. She's eating nothing different to her normal BLW foods. Its given her horrific nappy rash, so took her to the docs and he was not unduly worried, but gave me some cream for the nappy rash. She is pooing on average about 8-10 times a day, and sometimes its just a bit of green mucus.

Is this right?? She seems ok in herself but something's definitely up with her tummy/bowels.

Anybody else experienced this at all?

Haven't had it myself, is it watery? Hsave read that if more than 6 runny ones in 24 hours they should be seen.
If you're worried and think something isn't right, take her back doctors

scampish, my son has been having them for a few weeks now. His poo was completely normal, until one day he produced this toxic, bright green slimy mess. He also poo'd about 5 times a day, which was not usual for him.

A week later he developed a cold and a cough, and the doctor said it was more than likely a tummy bug. It could also be the fact that he more than likely was swallowing some phlegm from coughing.

Still is a bit of a mystery, but it seems to be going now.
