My 8 year old son is suffering from MA and reading some old conversations i think he would benefit from Aloe Vera. I've just been to the chemist and he has advised that its not suitable for 8 year olds. Does anyone else give it to their children?

I have been giving it to my 11 year old son who has had MA - when I mentioned it to my GP this morning he didn't bat an eye lid. I give him a 30ml dose whereas I have 60ml. Perhaps you could contact Forever Living Products who make Aloe Vera Gel
www.foreverlivingproductsuk.co.uk
maybe they can give some guidence.

I am not sure if the Aloe Vera really helped with the MA but as he has only got 4 days left of term, I am making him drink it(with orange juice as he really doesn't like the taste!)

Just realised .... Check out the FAQ section of the FLP website - it gives recommended doses for children. half dose for 6 - 12 yr olds.
