DD vomited yesterday, but it was after bumping her head so I assumed it was a bit of shock. She was fine overnight and fine this morning but had horrific rancid wind all day, so much so that I kept checking her nappy. In the afternoon she did a vile poo, it was very pale and sloppy and smell disgusting. She carried on with the horrible wind til doing another poo after tea, slightly more watery but still the same colour. Her belly looks a tiny bit swollen and she hasn't eaten much today. She often doesn't though. Any ideas? TIA
