DS has his first MMR on Friday, but I just rang the surgery to ask if its ok to have it when he's got a streaming cold and cough. Reception said its ok, but I'm a bit . My instinct is to cancel until he's better.

I would cancel, in fact my dd4 is also due some vaccinations and I won't let her have them until she is 100%

I would cancel. My docs won't give jabs to any child who shows signs of illness.

My GP refuses to give immunisations to children who are unwell.

Ring back and ask to speak to the GP or a nurse rather than the receptionist.

my docs wouldn't let my DD have her Jabs until she was 100% - she had her School booster MMR 2 weeks ago weds, and has had a cold since weds.

Glad you all agree with me. I'll re-arrange. Thanks everyone.
