DT2 vomited a few times earlier this morning but hasn't been sick since about 10am. She had a tiny breadstick about an hour ago and has kept that down and has been having sips of water all morning. She's now saying she's hungry and wants her lunch, but I'm not sure what she should have.

With DS I try him first on plain dry toast, then on toast with butter, and if all of that stays down then he can try anything he wants (within reason).

sorry, "butter and/or something else"

Thank you! She had a few toast soldiers, with a scraping of butter and a few pieces of plain pasta. An hour on and it hasn't come back up, so hoping she's on the mend . Now I just have to wait for her twin sister and DD1 to catch it .
