blotches

2yo dd started coming up with a couple of oddly placed blotches a couple of weeks ago. All about an inch across, raised and red, but yellowy in middle. One on elbow came first then disappeared, then one on wrist, chest, chin and ankle, have all since dried up and gone, now two on thigh, one on knee. She has since been poorly with concurrent virus, cold and now throat infection. Also they seem to be 'angriest' after the weekend spent away at her dad's, which is quite new so wondering if it's stress-related. Only one that seemed to bother her was on chin, which itched. GP is clueless. Any ideas what it is? I know it's not bothering her but I'd rather it went away and stopped worrying me!

could it be a bit of an allergic reaction? I know dd gets similar types of blotches when she eats eggs. Although if she has been poorly it could be the result of one te viruses.
