Is this teething?

Please can someone reassure me?

DS is 1 in a couple of weeks and I think his molars are coming through as he's got his top 4 and bottom 4 teeth already.

They all came through without much agro

This time round he's got red cheeks and hot little gums but also throws up every meal like something from the exorcist or poos it out like liquid ! Temperature is fine and apart from sleeping more and being more cuddly he's fine in himself.

Mummy-instinct is telling me it's 'just' his teeth but there's also the doubt of what if he's really sick and I'm just thinking it's his teeth and I'm being a terrible mother!

Help?!!!

I'm no expert, but I know my friend's little girl threw up loads when she was teething, I'm assuming it's the first time it's happened for you though or did he ever throw up with the others too?

If it was my LO I would keep an eye on his temperature and keep him well hydrated to counteract the runny poo and vomming. Sounds like teething but you don't want more to come of it like him suffering dehydration. You can always ask your GP reception for a phone call from the doc if you don't want to take up an appointment if you're not sure it's worth it?
