Just weighed dd who is 7 next week and she is 3stone 6lb. Is this normall within her range.
She has been sick lately and lost weight.

I think it best to go by your dd's height and weight, if she is small or tall, it will make a difference to whether her weight is ok

Do you still have her baby book, with the height and weight charts? if not, there are height and weight charts online, just google them and you can find out both how she is placed in relation to other children and whether she is the right kind of weight for her height. If she is on a much lower centile for weight than height, then she probably needs some building up!

My dd is 7.6 and weighs around the same as yours (she is very slim and always has been, also on the short side)

Do you still have the red book? (I can look in mine if not)

Dd is 4stone 1lb, but is quite tall at 52 inches. Her bmi is 14.8, and the ideal for her age is 15-16. Bit about bmi usually, but might be quite a good indicator if you are worried.

Dd does not look underweight, btw, just slim.
