My 18mo dd has recently got over a chest infection and has just finished her anti biotics. 2 days ago I noticed 8 tiny white heads on her back which seem to have popped and faded. She now has a few little pink spots around her nose and mouth and a few on her body. They seems to fade by morning. My first thought was chicken pox, now not sure-any ideas, feel a fraud seeing dr when they're faded!

It might be a reaction to the infection - a lot of infections can cause a little rash in children.

Or it might be (but does not sound like it) an allergic reaction to the antibiotics.

If there is anything still left to see and it is not too hard getting to a doctors, I would take her in to have the doctor give his/her opinion.

Chicken pox spots tend to become fluid filled blisters first. I don't think it sounds like she is going to be infectious for other children, but don't count on my opinion as I am no expert!
