15 month old dd was sick 5 times on sat morning, then ate some lunch and dinner and seemed recovered. she was then sick twice in the night though. yesterday she only ate a little but wasn't sick, this morning shes been sick twice.
shes happy and well in herself, no temp,
when would you go to the gp?

Can you ring the GP? I'd try and get a phone call appointment instead to avoid taking her to surgery.
I would imagine it's just a lingering bug, keep her hydrated as much as poss and take things easy.

personally, I would see how she goes over the day. If she is drinking, alert and like you say "no temp" then she will be fine.

Was she sick after milk or breakfast? Maybe her tummy was still a bit too delicate for what she had.
Obviously speak to the g.p if you are worried.

hope she feels better soon
