My DS aged 5 has recently developed the worst smelling trumps ever. No matter what he eats, he absolutely stinks. Its getting embarrassing now, Im scared he does it in his classroom. We all eat the same and the rest of the family dont smell as bad as him. Is this just being a boy or could something be the matter?! His sister was gagging this morning it smelt so bad! Is this normal?

My mum uses that phrase. Maybe email nhs direct, they are great for dealing with queries like that.

My little brother was like this. He was prescribed charcoal biscuits (they looked like little lumps of coal in biscuit form). He hated them though.
