What is this clicking noise that DD has started making - is it the start of teething???

She's 7.5 mnths and no signs of teeth as yet however in the last couple of days she has started to make this weird noise that's like a cross between a tut and a click, think its grinding her gums could this be the start of it??? PS last night before bed she had a really sore bum.

have your run your finger over her gum to check for sharp bits?

yeah she's had a good suck on my finger and nothing on the bottom or top - is it just a noise she's discoevered she can make do you think???

hmm, does it sound like she's making the noise in her throat? i remember my brother maing a noise like a frog, it's really funny now that dd can sometimes do the same noise!
