At what temperature would you seek advice

My dd18mo has had a cold the last few days, refuses to eat anything or drink. She will however only breastfeed so is still getting a little liquid. Her temperature had been 38/7 for the last 24 hours. Would you seek advice now or see if it rises anymore? Thanks

Does her temperature drop if you give her calpol?

this is what nhs direct say

I have not given her calpol. It does drop a tiny bit after a tepid bath and after a feed from me.

I think NHS direct will say try a bit of calpol, and if that doesn't work then a follow up with a doc.
