brown rash now spreading in patches

i realy hope someone can help! will be at docs monday but need some advice now if poss..

my ds (20 months) has abrowning raised rash on his back and a bit on his front. Its spreading in patches on his shoulder and arm, as of today. he is not itchy and is very jolly in himself. it gets worse in the bath- really stands out and goes red. he won't sit down in the bath (last night) now.

Will need antibiotics if it's that. Try to make sure he doesn't touch it, & don't share towels etc. And keep it dry - it spreads really easily. Other than that, can't think what it might be .... hope he's better soon.

hi, i don;t think it can be that as its more like goosebumbs you can't see, just feel. it seems better but we have a docs appointment now. have racked brains and think it might be change of nappy brand/ washing powder 9 dh did the shopping
