DD been sick twice since 4am...

She is 2. She was sick at 4am and again at 8am. Not sure what to give her to eat. She normally has milk but I didnt give her any this monring, she wont eat toast. I think she feels sick because she keeps pointing to her mouth.

don't worry if she doesn't want to eat.

Just give plenty of fluids but in small quantities - she is far likely to keep down sips of water than cupfulls iyswim.

If she doesn't want to eat then going 24 hours or so without food won't harm her. But if she's hungry give bland foods such as toast with no butter (but you can put things like marmite on) or dry biscuits such as rich-t.
