Reaction after measles vaccination

Has anyone else given their child the singles measles jab, and seen an adverse reaction?

My one year old had it 9 days ago, and has been quite poorly for the past few days- temperature, diarrhoea, sickness.

Anyone else had this after the measles jab or MMR?

Does s/he have a rash? DS developed mild measles about 10 days after the combined MMR. He was sleepy with a slightly raised temperature, but otherwise okay.

No rash.
