Slight pimple thing on DSs testicle

It's not a lump but more of a slight swelling and looks as if it may be coming off the tube that runs up between his testicles if that makes any sense?? It seems to come and go in that it was more raised and today it's looking flatter. Any ideas??

Not sure, but I'd definatly have it checked at the doctors. Does it cause any pain ?

How old is he? not wanting to scare but could it be a hernia? def get checked out.

It doesn't seem to cause any pain. I might have to take him to the Drs anway tomorrow, so I will mention it then. Thanks you.
