My DS is 8 1/2 months old, almost exclusively breast-fed (no serious interest in solids but thriving - 22 lbs and 28 inches), and has had baby acne for at least 6 weeks. Looks like pimples, red rim and white heads. He won't let me squeeze them (which I know I shouldn't do anyway) but how do I get rid of them??
