I did that doing handstands- muchas sore indeed. I recommend lots of icecream. Worked for me. Love to brave boy

oh no! I'm dreading the day something breaks with my ds, he's rugby mad and we have gone this long without a bad injury touch wood! Hope is ok, brave boy!
