My DD who's almost 1 has, what looks like, a cold sore in the corner of her mouth. It constantly weeps and she's had it for roughly 3 - 4 days now. Is there anything I can use for it Zovirax for example? or should I leave it alone?

might be impetigo. two of mine had this and was weepy scabby large spots. Nurse at the gp surgery confirmed and was given antibiotic cream.

Get it checked out first - they can also swab it to confirm if it is a proper cold sore or not. Themba is a natural cream that is rather fabulous - have a google of it but it can be used from birth and is excellent on cold sores and anything 'skin-ny'.
