DD is 14 mo and the corners of her mouth are quite sore like a spot/ broken/ not quite an ulcer

Aybody elses dc have this? Should I worry?

also do they get red blotch faces when out in cold? Help am starting to panic

sounds like she may have chapped skin. The cold air isnt kind to anyone's skin. If possible try to keep her mouth dry to stop it getting too sore.

after eventual calming and snuggling her warm it all settled as for her mouth diagnosis by my mum over the phone is teething

Hey thats ok meg, i'm glad you have her settled. my dd is 6 months and i used a hospital sterile wipe ( it claimed safe for intimate use) on her face as she was dribbling, it made her yell and the skin looked red for a little while. so be careful if you use wipes on her face too, it seems they are not as gentle as they claim to be.
