DD age 4.2 has started to come home from school with other knickers on as she has had little accident. i spent day with her yesterday at school and she did it again - but on thinking about it she didn't know she was wet till she sat down for story and it was only a tiny bit. we had a chat and she thinks she did it when outside? she was potty trained at 2.5 and has always been a dry girl.

the more i think about she has accidents when she's being tickled! or coughs. so i feel a trip to the dics coming on but what is the likely outcome? how can you teach a 4 yo to increase her pelvic floor muscles!

any advcie gretaly recieved, tia

can't help but bumping for you. my 5.7 yr ds old has been dry in the day since he was 3 but he has accidents when tickled/overexcited plus when he's a bit under the weather. Not sure what can be done but let me know what the Dr says
