5 month old not poo'd for 3 days

My 5 month old ds normally has at least one poo a day but hasn't had a poo for 3 days and I'm getting a bit worried. He is fully breastfed and has been pretty tetchy today so could be constipated(?). Before I try and get an appt at our docs which is a trauma in itself does anyone know if it's normal for a 5mth old to go so long without pooing?

i think they say anything up to ten days with exc bf baby...try a clockwise tummy massage

Dont worry my five month old only poos once every seven days and sometimes every ten days. I have had to get used to it. As long as the tummy is not hard and they are not in pain....dont worry.

Don't worry my son can go for 9 days and is perfectly happy, he's just absorbing as much of the goodness as he can from the milk
