Coming and going rash

Dd keeps getting little red marks with white bumpy spots in them. They have appeared two or three times over last few days. She was uttlerly exhausted by 5 today and went to bed at 6pm. Has cough, but nothing serious. Top molar coming through-could the rash/tiredness be connected with that?

Rash still coming and going today. DD still looking v tired but in better spirits!

How old is she? And where is the rash?

Could be connected to the tooth, or I hate to say it, 'a virus', but keep an eye on her and get her checked if you are worried about her.

Not very helpful I know but didn't want you to be ignored.

It keeps coming and going and keeps coming up red with small bobbly white spots. her mood has been better the last day or two.
