What age do babies get their canine teeth please?

Ds2 os 16mo and only has four teeth at the top and four at the bottom - no canines at all as yet.
C'est normale or am I right in thinking they should be there by now?

ds2s have just arrived he is nearly 16mos but he has 12 teeth already
I wouldn't worry it's not a sign of future success

It depends on the child.....
That should read I can't remember, my dd had her first teeth at 10 mths, dss at seven months.

I think it is totally normal...I only have one wee guy and his are just through and no more at 22 months....

I bet your DS looks really cute with just 4 teeth

dd is 15 month with 1 canine through and she really cried with it so i'm dreading the others

dd is 17mth and has 4 top teeth and 2 bottom teeth I think they all differ but judging by the way she bit me yesterday im thinking more might be coming

DD is getting hers now at 14 months but she'll still only got 2 on the bottom.
