Calpol WITH chesty cough medicine??

Both the boys (age almost 4 and 2) have awful coughs and colds.

I have tixylix (sp?) chesty cough medicine and calpol, the cough medicne doesn't seem to have paracetamol in it so can they be taken together?

They can, I'd try a spoon of honey first though rather than cough medicine. The trouble with cough medicine is that it supresses the cough which stops them from coughing up all the gunk that coughing is designed to get rid of.
