Sore tummy and Calpol.

Hello. DD 5yrs has a tummy ache that has come on oveer the last hour or two and has had a bit of diarrhoea. Can I give her calpol for the pain or will it upset tummy more?

Calpol is fine.
It's the ibuprofen that can upset tummies.
