VITAMINS

Hi, Can anyone recommend some vitamins for a 2.5 yr old.My lo doesnt eat very well and is always vunerable to everything thats going.I know a lot of vitamins have additives in them so want something thats quite natural.

You're right, a lot do, and unfortunately in the past Boots own brand have had quite a lot. In fact I think most supermarket brands do. GNC are pretty good I think. Are they available in the UK?

I reckon you could try a vitamins website.

I don't think I would buy any of the children's vitamins advertised like sweets. But unfortunately it's just a case of label checking.. I suppose I'd think it was ok if they had sugar rather than sweetener. Though it defies the point a little bit.
