Hi - wondered if you'd had your appt with consultant yet? And if your situation is resolved.

hi fifitot, thanks for asking, we were away this weekend so i have'nt been online. My ds appointments is tomorrow and i'm really dreading it i just hope that he does'nt need to have anymore tests. I'm so worried that they might want to do a biopsy or mri.

Have you had an appt for your dd yet? If you don't mind me asking, is it a lump that the doctors are investigating on your lo?

I had my first appointment for cbt last wednesday so hopefully i'm on the road to tackling this terrible anxiety. Hope everything turns out ok for your dd.

h just wanted to let you know how my ds consultant appt went.

The consultant is pretty sure that its a lipoma (fatty tissue). He said he wants to look over the scan pictures with the radiologist but he has read the report and seems confident that its nothing nasty. We made an appt to go back in 6 months time just as a follow up.

To say i'm relieved is an understatement, i'm just so pleased that i can relax and stop worrying, for now anyway!!. Thanks so much for helping me through this time and i hope very much that your dd's issues are resolved soon.

Yes it was a lump. Her scan was fine.

I am so pleased that you have a good resolution to this and you managed to cope with the stress of it!

Thanks for the update!
