DD1 (6) appears to have an adult back tooth coming through

but no other adult teeth have arrived, she hasn't even got a single wobbly yet. I know you will probably all be giggling at the inept mum by now but please reassure me this is nothing to worry about

Don't worry - these are the six-year molars - quite normal.
This shows when all the teeth change.

Absolutely, I was about to whizz her straight to the dentist tomorrow, I don't think I would have lived with the embarassment
