its digusting don't know what to do, too late to go to GP, anything over counter? dd is 3 years old

Threadworms.

Very common. Can get stuff over the counter - treat everyone in the household. And get tough on hand washing and keeping nails short.

DS2 had them 2 weeks ago. I treated the whole family, and we had our 2nd dose today. TBH the whole thought of it made my teeth itch but the kind ladies of MN assured me it was just a normal part of childhood.
