Bit gross but what does your toddler's (c.2.6) poo look like?

Just saw a thread about sludgy poo in a toddler - is that not normal? DSs (still in nappies )poo is and has always been like peanut butter, maybe abit more formed/dry dep. on what he eats. Is that normal?

Yep just like my dd and smells awful (worse than poo iyswim?)

I would expect it to be mostly formed I think.

It really depends on diet though. Does he eat weetabix?

DD (2.6) reminds me of a cow pat. Have been wondering about this recently as we're about to potty train. They aren't "formed" at all.

I figure its because she eats her own body weight in fruit each day. DD2 whos 5.5 months and exclusively breast fed has more formed stools than DD1

Not weetabix in ages.

Oh its a nightmare esp when they do it in their knickers

In fact its that gross scraping from knickers I have resorted back to nappies

Lillymolly - my dd's is like that too - and really stinky. Thank God its not just her! Was getting worried actually. But how do you say "my child's poo smells"? It just sounds like stating the obvious! I think it stems from when she started on cow's milk at 12 months. They were fine before that.
