Big teeth coming through before milk teeth have gone!

DS is 7 and has all his baby teeth - not one wobbly one yet! However in his bottom jaw there is a big tooth coming through behind the milk tooth.
Will this sort itself out naturally?

Yes, will push out the baby teeth.

DS1 had all his baby teeth until 7, he's only lost 8 and he will be 9 in Novemeber.

Check with your dentist, but I'm sure it will be fine.
DS1 (12)had several of these.
He looked like an example in the 'British Book of Dentistry' book on The Simpsons for a while.
Dentist was unconcerned, and the teeth have sorted themselves out.
DS may require some orthodontic work later on, but we've been advised to wait until all his milk teeth have come out, to give his new teeth a change to align.

DD had the same with her canines. Looks most odd for sime time, but her baby teeth eventually fell out and everything is alined beautiful now.

Thank you!
He'll be delighted if it encourages a wobble, anyway.
