pimple on 11 month olds testicles. should i worry?

dsister has asked me this. i have no experience of htis. it has been there a while. doesnt seem to bother him. looks red and nasty however. should i be concerned, or is it just something that kids get/?

If in doubt go to a doctor. Always, especially if its been a while, it may just need nappy free time to dry it out, but it doesn't cost anything to get it checked out.
