HELP!! colic/wind/spitting-up....

My breastfed DS is 3.5 months old and still wakes with hurting wind all through the night. I'm at the end of my tether as DD of 3.4 years is also waking frequently during the night. Sooooo tired.
Has anyone else experienced this for so long? He has a really sensitive tummy too, if I don't keep him upright for at least half an hour after feeding it just sits on his tummy and comes up later as a cheesy mess. Will he ever get over this??

could be reflux?

needing to keep him upright is a bit of a clue

lots of babies spit up, but bringing a whole feed up and frequently can indicate reflux

worth speaking to your GP if only to rule it out

I agree with ruby, it sounds like reflux

It's not really a whole feed, He is putting on plenty of weight (90th percentile!) but a teaspoon to a tablespoon at a time and usually when he has 24 hours of bad wind.

O.k, could be reflux.....and the wind/colic.....? something I'm eating? I have tried various remedies and nothing seems to work.
