help needed on health checks

hi wonder if you can help, thought id ask on here has have no children of my own at the minute
and havnt been on here for ages so thought some one may be able to help

im doing my nvq 3 in childcare and one of the questions is what health checks and test need to be carried out on a

child aged 6 weeks to 42 months

and child aged 42 months onwards

well its a bit hard for me to no these as have not got a child of my own so wouldnt no.
so if some one could help me that would be great or a website?

I have a printed document somewhere with a list of checks/jabs from new born to 5yrs... Do you want me e mail it to you? Will take me a little while to find it but have a rough idea where it is
