Worried about ds2 eyes

I have noticed for awhile now that ds2 rubs his eyes alot.I know it sounds silly bit he is making the side of his nose red has well as his eyes.He is 3yrs old.
Any ideas or advice.

my baby daughter has inverted eyelashes which irritate her eyes and cause the whole area around her eye to go red. could it be soemthing like that?
