Any GPs - Could it be reflux? TMI alert

DS is 6 months and over the past few days, he has vomited like the exorcist - the g-force was truly impressive.

He has always barfed a bit after a feed, but this is something new...

Could this be reflux?

Not sure, my ds vomited a bit like this a few weeks ago but he's not usually a sicky baby and it turned out to be a bug, he was off his food for 10 days but strangely was only sick once a day if that. Don't know if this is the same but just thought i'd mention it. He had a slight temp too.

Thanks - DS doesn't have a temp, but am wondering if he's had an undiagnosed reflux? He's been slow to put on weight in the past...
