10 month old with severe diarrhea, could this be linked to teething....

or is it more likely to be a bug?

She has had it for a few days now and very watery. She has the bottom two teeth through already, one of the top two is half way through and the other one looks likely to appear soon.

Mine used to get diarrhoea when teething - but only for the odd day/nappy.
If it goes on for too long though see the GP as they can get dehydrated.

quite likely to be teething. DS gets nappy rash and diarrhoea about 2 days before he cuts a tooth and also gets this weird rash on his tummy that lasts about 6hrs before vanishing.

Keep an eye on her and if you think she is ill rather than teething, contact your GP (although IME they wont do anything for upset tummies apart from advise to avoid milk and food and just give diarolyte for 24hrs)
