Little kiddies all come into the world differently. Some appear perfect but grow to be little devils, some don't come into the world the way which their parents exect them to and are loved and cherished regardless. It's the luck of the draw. If you ever meet a parent who has the child they truly expect then they are lying. You were blessed with a child who has chest problems and allergies. This is him. You can't change the way he is, you take each day at a time and he'll love you anyway. This is parenthood. The media portrays it as giving birth to a perfect child who is immediately clean, sleeps through the night, happy and content all the time so we all expect this. It never happens though. If you look through the threads on her you can see this. This is him, this is how your child is. He's your child because the powers that be know that you'll love him, chest problems, allergies etc. There's probably no medical reason for them, it's just how his body works. You can't change this.

you are allowed to feel sorry for yourself. It's completely acceptable.

I needed that He's such a good child he accepts everything in his stride and doesn't know any different

He doesn't need to though. This is him. ((sending a hug)) He sounds so brave.
