Child getting cramps in different parts of the body

My DS for the last few weeks has been getting cramps in his legs, toes, back and sides, neck and hands. Blood tests aren’t showing anything, MRI on his legs are clear. Waiting for further blood tests but I am so worried. Has anyone else had similar experience please?

How old is he? Could it being growing pains? I had cramps in various places in my tweens and teens. Blood tests came back clear just told they were growing pains.

We are awaiting blood tests results but I am wondering if it perhaps his thyroid? Does this ring true for anyone?
