Teething at 10 weeks?

Does this look like my 10 week old might be teething? I am aware it would be very early but he is showing classic signs, constantly rubbing his face and nose day and night, very irritable, chewing his hands constantly, dribbling loads, off his bottles and frustrated by it because you can see he wants it but wont take it, and sleep is majorly disrupted. It is very early but we had a good look today and feel like this may be early buds appearing? He is a big boy at almost 15 pounds already, not sure if this would make any difference, probably not.
If it is possibly teething, is there anything I could give him being so young?
