Quickly spreading itchy rash on my three-year-old

I was getting my three year old ready for bed, and spotted this rash which is spreading quite quickly. He is saying he is very itchy. Does it look familiar to anyone?

Spots, generalised redness, raised areas?

Scabies? Its rife at the moment.

Looks like hives to me, did he eat anything new or use any new bath products etc?

Looks like hives to me too. Both my sons have this especially if they’ve been running around and got hot.

Hives. Antihistamine should help.
