Toddler constipation

Hi everyone

Abroad with my toddler, he’s not went for a poo in 3.5 days, sometimes we have this issue at home but lactulose helps and we are still giving it here, it’s making him a bit miserable, any tips please!!!??

Hi! We had the same issue months ago and we replaced the normal milk for Almond milk and the problem solved!

Is s/he drinking enough water?

You could also try adding Senokot, as a mild stimulant for the bowels
