Verruca? Pic, sorry

I have no experience, is this a verruca please?

The pictures are a bit blurry, but it looks like one, yeah. Does it have little black bits in the middle?
People (little ones and adults) usually get these from walking or touching an already infected surface such as a swimming pool floor for example. A verruca usually just means that there's a presence of HPV on said surface.

I would encourage you or whoever has it to ensure it's covered wherever possible in public, to ensure it's not passed onto anyone else, and start treatment if you can.
There are lots of treatments available or OTC. Personally, I use undiluted Marigold oil on any verruca I've ever had and it's cleared it right up, but that may not work for everyone.

Yes it was just a small white dot at first now it’s gone like this and slightly swollen; I think because it rubs from walking on the side of the foot.
It’s covered and supported, off to the pharmacist I go!

You can put black gaffer tape over it apparently that kills it. But also use those freezing products. I think everyone gets one at least once as a kid!

My Dad used to get verrucas all the time, he swam every morning. He used bazuka. I only ever had one, I put fullers earth (cat litter, not used) on it. One day it just fell off, I never had another.

Laser treatment. Costs £100 and zaps the root.
